The OP clearly is not serious enough to be considered a potential partner due to multiple reasons.

What skills are you bringing to the table? What's your starting capital? You basically want someone to build the entire business for you and then give you half of the earnings? What prevents the developer from making a business on their own if you are just there to provide an "idea" and do nothing else. Clever, how come we haven't heard of such brilliant strategies before.

If you have plausible answers to the questions above, then someone half-decent might maybe consider your offer.

Don't get me wrong OP, but you literally did not offer anything on your behalf. For example, you could at least secure funds for a decent marketing campaign.

Not to mention that you are not only looking for a "free" web dev, but a graphic designer as well, all in one. People that are "good at those skills" will surely not leave their job to work with a stranger that offers nothing to them. Like, how old are you, 15-16? Don't get me wrong, I wish you best of luck, but you need to analyse stuff a bit better if you really want to succeed.

Bottom line, if you truly believe your idea is good enough to succeed, why not invest your own money and pay for the development?
