Aaron does a great job explaining how to make the dishes and the best part is he will try his best to give alternatives on how to make a dish even if you cant find a specific ingredient.

I often times will search the Korean name of a dish in Google and do a YouTube search. I find this gives you a more authentic recipe from Korean channels. They are almost always subtitled with recipes in metric.
