Question about Maangchi cookbooks.

https://aaronandclaire.com/ is my favorite because everything I have made from the recipes has been delicious. The website has recipes as well as a link to videos. Aaron does a great job explaining how to make the dishes and the best part is he will try his best to give alternatives on how to make a dish even if you cant find a specific ingredient.

Paik's Cuisine - Youtube Channel - He has the recipe in the comments in metric. This is my second favorite.

I often times will search the Korean name of a dish in Google and do a YouTube search. I find this gives you a more authentic recipe from Korean channels. They are almost always subtitled with recipes in metric.
