This is just a personal opinion. I enrolled in CDB, TN, ExpertMD during my clerkship and internship but during boards, CDB and Expert lang talaga tinutukan ko. I’m not a stellar student and I’m an average to above average student in medschool who is a slow reader and more of a video marathon watcher.

TN: The best handouts out of the three. Lahat andon. Super rami info but madali naman madigest. If you’re a sponge, this is the review center for you but personally for me, madali ako maooverwhelm so di ko sila masabayan. Videos are also too “pang matalino” for me.

CDB: For me, best lectures and they really uplift your moral. Medj tough love but the quizzes and ranking kinda nakakapressure to do better pag natatamad ka na. They really emphasize the basics and tbh di ako nasasabaw even if I watched 4 hour vids. Puro must knows so good for MPL. Medj di ko feel Pharma and Surg nila and yung handouts masyadong konti. The schedule isn’t too hectic din unlike TN’s so free time for you.

Expert MD: Final coaching sobrang high yield. Doc Toff is the best instructor din. High yield din micro, pharma, and biochem. I didn’t get to attend the other subjects before but okay din naman daw. Handouts wise, a bit better than CDB but TN pa rin best.

So TLDR, if you like watching videos more than reading, I think CDB or Expert MD are the best choices. If you are “bakbakan” mag review like 16 hour review a day kind of person, then TN is the one for you.
