Mostly everybody's board is outdated (unless they had it installed recently), nobody is running around ripping out boards because we now do things differently, the regulations just say if you install new kit you have to make sure it meets the new regulations.

A better answer would be, yes you might be able to fit it in if you were desperate, but adding an extra board might be easier and better for any future circuits you need to add, Spa Pool, External Power sockets, Outdoor Lighting, Swimming Pool pumps etc. Workshop/Garage extensions. Adding a new socket to an existing room.

You are going to have to pay the electrician to come anyway you may as well add a little future proofing.

So maybe just have a think about whether you can imagine needing any new circuits in the foreseeable future, because if you do manage to fit the charger circuits in there you will literally have no more room for anything else once they are done.
