I Reddit searched "Lasership Issues" and I saw this thread.

I order a lot of shit. I get packages pretty much daily. Out of the 200 packages in the past year from UPS/FEDEX/USPS/LaserShip, the ONLY ones that ever go missing is Lasership.

Out of those 200 packages, 10 or so were shipped via lasership. Half of them went missing and marked as "delivered"

Also had the runaround "call the company! call lasership!" I even had lasership pick up and then immediately hang up on me; and another time, I sent a "Support Ticket" and they closed it as resolved right away. What a fucking joke.

I stopped wasting my time with that bullshit. Whenever I have a lasership package go missing (my last 3), I immediately opened a dispute with my credit card company and they get my money back. Enough people do this and merchants can't ignore the problem.
