The water is murky for culture.

There are objectively inferior and superior cultures. Since cultures are basically belief systems and practices, not all are made equal.

There are all kinds of cultures we hate... prime example, Nazi culture.

The term for being against another culture is ethnocentric, which implied ethnicity - but realistically it's the belief that one's culture can be better than another - and it is fundamentally correct. How about Cartel (dubbed Narcoculture) or US gang culture? Those are very real cultures who transcend race + ethnicity, and absolutely suck ass.

It is 100% okay to hate, alienate and otherwise avoid people who participate in maligned cultures, and to hate those cultures themselves.

There are 1000s of examples of bad cultures and sub cultures that should not be treated with any respect at all.

Unfortunately Earth is home to some BIG cultures, and often they are often deeply tied to certain ethnic groups, so people see attacks on culture as veiled attacks against them, instead of their belief systems.
