tl;dr My emuMMC games installed in the SD card show up but don't launch and it's promped to download them again.

I partitioned my SD card for Android with Hekate and it all went well, restored emuMMC backup and it went well, all games show up but emuMMC games that were installed in the emuMMC are ok, emuMMC games that were installed in the SD card look like they are missing from the SD card, I looked for them and they are in the correct folder in emuMMC/RAW1/Nintendo/... All the SD content was copied to a PC and then copied back to the SD card after the partitioning, Album screenshot and videos show up correctly in the emuMMC, I could just install them again but if you know a quick fix I'll be glad.
