Talk it out Tuesday

I'm so sorry, I'm the same, the Weltschmerz and anxiety and worrying about so much in the world and country doesn't seem to stop, and as another chronic migraine sufferer it's so awful how it exacerbates the pain and triggers.

This isn't for everyone but I use 5-15 min meditations before bed and sometimes in the morning to calm my brain down, and especially with practice it's really helped me settle my mind state? The app I have is called Buddhify and I like how they have sections on getting to sleep, can't sleep, difficult emotions, etc. Most of the voices are good. But there are others that look equally good.
