Tendon use to heal them instead of a resting approach?

To add to your pool of info: I’m currently experiencing benefits from progressing loading/walking. This is 1 year out post flox. From months ~3-6(?) I did PT. For the most part this created a ton of additional problems. I eventually had to quit bec I was getting worse. I now do the exercises at home when I have time.

My initial ride was walking a max of ~40-150steps for ~2 months. Then walking about 4,000 steps around month 6(?). At 1 year I can walk 10,000 steps. Tendon issues are all of both feet, knees, back, wrists, and right shoulder. Nerve issues are hands and feet for months. Constant headaches lasted months. Stomach pain lasted months. I’m now mainly tendon issues with some muscle and stomach flares every now and then. Nerve issues are gone unless I do something causing a flare.
