Not accepting kohls cash is the first thing you learn when you start working there….you said you didn’t finish any training videos at the bottom, how were you able to start working then? I highly doubt someone told you that you could accept that. You keep mentioning you’re “only 16 “I’m not sure what your age has to do with it since you are old enough to work there. Seems like you’re trying to use your age as an excuse to try to make your self sound young innocent and naive. That you should be able to get away with it because you’re “only 16” like the same rules don’t apply to you because of your age. And So we would feel bad for you, minimising you breaking the company policy. You mentioned that you’re great at getting customers to sign up for kohls charge and rewards then said you’re rarely on poc and didn’t know any better. Your story isn’t adding up. You also keep asking if you will be able to get rehired but admitted to spending the $50.00. Then mentioned it’s” only 50 and not a crazy amount.” You’re not taking any accountability. I doubt they will hire you back. i think you should just move on. I’m sorry if this sounds harsh But your story doesn’t sound believable
