Minors are really different for what everyone else knows as policy. You're going to be fine using your associate discount with mom's credit card. Hell your mom can use your discount. Kohl's cash between the two of you will be fine.

The flagging has happened more often than not because of the new rewards and buying online. They'll probably do away with that flag because it's less effective than issued and redeemed and KMRC from NRR.

BtW: Anyone can use your direct family members Kohl's cash. It's not a fireable offense. It's just frowned upon. If you're emergency contact earns it, then I see you use it. Nothing can be done. They changed the policy because a lot of customers and family members were giving it willingly, and we couldn't prove that the associate was at fault.
