First of all. I understand the issue with girls faces on omegle caps that get posted all over the internet. I wish people wouldn't do that at all, but I feel like thats a bigger issue and it's nothing this sub could ever change.
I know I'll probably get downvoted to hell, but someone has to say it. I feel like most people posting on here have no idea what they're talking about. Have any of you guys been to hof or even just searched for omegle vids on pornhub? Peoples faces get posted daily and as long as people show their face on cam - they will get posted. Of course we can try to make ourselves feel better and pretend like its going to change the game if everyone on here makes sure theres never any faces on their caps on here, but it's not going to change anything.
Lets talk about the slutty stranger tag. 99% of all the girls who go to omegle have no idea about this sub and I'm pretty sure most of them don't even use reddit. You just need to check the tag on a saturday night and you can easily notice that the same 10 guys are on the SS tag and if you're lucky you'll find one girl in like 30 mins. I honestly feel like those 5-10 girls who've been on the SS tag are the only girls we're really talking about. I get that you girls don't want your faces to end up on here. So of course it would be nice if guys would make sure your face isn't shown in their caps, but even if they did - no one even knows about the tag - and the other 99% of omegles userbase is going to keep doing their thing like they always did. If this was a sub for the sluttystrangers tag on omegle and only girls from that tag would get posted on here then it would make sense. But it makes no sense to talk about it if clips from all over the web are posted on here.
The only part I can fully agree on is the age issue. That's the only thing every site like pornhub or whatever has to keep and eye on. No underage posts. If they look like a minor and the chatlog and nothing else shows that they're 18+ --> take it down.
What's really disturbing is the quality of posts on here tbh. Most guys post 5 sec tit gifs or "overweight" and "unattractive" ladies they found on omegle and usually get 1-5 comments on it. Everyone has different preferences and nothing against girls who aren't models, but it feels like this is the place for omegles worst videos (well more like gifs tbh). I rarely find anything good on here and rather just check pornhub where I can find 20 minute clips of some 20yo cheerleader. And I guess I'm not the only one judging from the number of comments and upvotes on posts on here. It honestly feels like this is the place where the guys who have no idea what they're doing post their tit flashes gifs, while all the guys and girls with better videos go to other sites to post their stuff.
tldr; face blurring and underage posts are two different issues. underage posts need to be taken down no matter what and face blurring won't increase the quality of this sub or the tag on omegle. even if we all agree that mods "MUST ENFORCE A BLURRED FACE RULE!!11!!" - that one guy who doesn't agree on it will just cap girls on the SS tag and post them somewhere else... Stay safe people and don't show your faces to strangers, period. Also, please less gifs and more vids <3
