Tired of all the fake pages

I've studied this movement for my graduate degree and I personally understand that it is much, much more complicated than the average person believes. But, especially in the wake of January 6th, you are going to see online a lot of two kinds of people:

- Trolls or people that otherwise have a superiority complex around the whole thing, the "you are just so f***ing stupid that you fell for this" type of thing and think they are too smart to "fall" for something like this. They want to boil this whole thing down to that simplistic answer and don't actually understand how the Q movement got as big as it did, the many entry points that it had, etc. It's unfortunate that they think that way but most of them will never change their minds about it, or just want to troll. Honestly I'd just block those people, or otherwise try to disregard them as they obviously aren't contributing anything to the discussion.

- People that have been genuinely hurt by the movement, such as those in r/QAnonCasualties. The emotional sting of having a family member turn their lives upside down over this movement and get divorces, cut contact, etc. can leave people really bitter about the whole thing. There are many people who are totally shocked by what has happened to their loved ones over this, and that can result in venting or general bitterness about the topic.

Those of us that understand how complex this whole thing is really do appreciate the stories of those effected and how they got out. But as I said, this is really controversial subject and I don't think there is any way you are going to be able to completely avoid the aforementioned folks. We all need to try and understand each other better, on both sides.
