No, I was just saying that groups of kids kick off, cause trouble then an adult steps in and before you know it they are the one being prosecuted. You can change racially motivated for anything really. It was just the most recent high profile example.
I'm not at all bothered by the downvotes because if you think for one second that this is not a real problem then just wait until you are a victim of it. Gangs of kids terrorising people who bait adults to fight back then end up being called a victim when something happens. The racially motivated remark is quite simply the most recent one which everyone will know. There is no way on earth that the woman who hit the boy with a paddle did so because it was racially motivated. It was because a group of kids were causing shit.
