Hitomi misses her mom aww. :( Allen's is long dead. SHE'D BE MORE BEAUTIFUL IF HER NOSE WASN'T 20 METERS LONG. Sorry that was insensitive of me. So he has a long lost sister. Maybe it's Hitomi but she forgot?! PLOT TWIST. Or maybe everyone on Gaea has an Earth counterpart, kind of like Hyrule and Termina? Allen has Amano, Hitomi's is Allen's sister... And that's where it ends, really. Haha.
I'm really starting to like the mole guy. Even though he's been nothing but a creep, he's not that bad. Seems like a genuine guy in his own way. So wait they were doing something with seeds? I seemed to have missed that bit.
Truth be told, I really love Dilandau as a character. Ones that are just crazed with power who want nothing more than to spread chaos. Sure they're dicks and always a typical "good vs. evil bad guy" but I just love the feeling of having someone you can truly hate, who you REALLY want to lose.

Dilandau's attack begins. Looks like a totally lost cause, but maybe Van can stop the attack with Escaflowne? I still like my theory from last episode that Allen will leave his country, and him, Van, Merle, and Hitomi will have a wandering band of... Idk mercenaries almost? Allen and Van definitely seem to be getting along well.
Huh. Seems like there's someone in the Zaibach Empire that disagrees with Dilandau's methods. Oh yay, an almost steampunk airship. Me gusta. To be expected, but it seems Zaibach Guymelefs excel in all things combat, from straight up strength to mobility. Holy shit. Escaflowne is legit a dragon. ESCA. FLOWNE.
There's gonna be a dragonwind? What the hell is a dragonwind? Good to see Dilandau gave up on Hitomi's group and went straight for Escaflowne. At least THEY can escape without dying lol. Van will probably find a way, but I wouldn't be surprised if he or Escaflowne got captured in the next episode.
Next episode... Van finds his brother and fights his main rival. Cool.
