Honestly the only reason I’m here is because Fb keeps banning me over the stupidest shit and it’s always 30 days. It’s preventing me from using the ohs and avr groups that I utilize for resources and support. I’ve learned how to prep at home, questions to ask, methods to talk about, things I can expect so I’m not scared. I never asked for medical advice, I asked for positive stories so I can quit worrying. The info I get here is no different to what I find on Fb or on google. I have books on avr too. Nothing being said is new news to me. I should not have to freaking defend myself, this is not Facebook people. I should not have people snapping at me and scolding me like a dang child.

I don’t have to post here. I can just delete my account and use Dr google which is worse.
