They would have been better off using an off-the-shelf ARM SoC running Android paired with controllers from 8bitdo and focusing their limited resources on making a few high quality games that don't look like 2010-ish shovelware. Better yet don't even bother with hardware until you first show a long track record of profitable software. Everything was backwards in Amicoland.
