Would like some advice on how to improve my accent and pronunciation [ɜ:]

I am not a native speaker, but when I listen to your audio, I have the feeling that you speak to fast. It is like a sentence that last one entire minute without any pauses a tall. That must be tiring for you, because you will run out of breathe, and it will also be tiring for the listeners who will have to make a big effort to follow your speech.

You literally run over words. I thinks you should slow down. You are talking faster than native speakers. Take your time, articulate every word correctly. The only way to acquire a good pronunciation and intonation is by starting slow and then gradually increase the speed.

Your reading in general was too fast, except the first sentence. In that sentence the pronunciation was very clear and the intonation ok. Later on you accelerated and everything was a mess.

Based on your first sentence, I think that if you take your time to articulate properly you would speak quite clearly, but at the current speed of the audio, theare are many parts that are slurred and difficult to understand.
