Sometimes it is obvious that some of these women have hard time seeing when they were applying their eye makeup, eyeliner and eyebrows. I can be reasonably sure of those who have this struggle, is because I'm one of those people, I'm legally blind in my left eye and it's impossible to wear glasses while putting on makeup, after a lot of practice I've learned to put on my makeup by feel, others (including myself) don't like to wear their glasses and I'm certain even more don't realize that they need glasses. With all of that said in this case there is no excuse for her eyebrows to be like that, no amount of vision problems could make her think those look good, besides the fact that she is wearing glasses, she knows what she looks like, she chose to wear them like that.
