Thank you so much for the message. I'm sorry that it has taken me about a week to get back to you. Visited a friend for a bit and now I'm back home. Honestly...I'm not quite sure how I got into old movies. It's just something I started doing. At Disney World the had this attraction in MGM studios that celebrated movies and I only knew two at the time (Mary Poppins and The Wizard of Oz) so I wanted to watch those other movies that were featured. Then in freshmen year in English class we all started reading "Arsenic and Old Lace". We watched the film afterwords and I found it to be hilarious. My fascination with people who had tragic lives drew me into Marilyn Monroe which kind of became the true epicenter. All that I had mentioned before happen over a course of 10 years, yet when I actually learned about Marilyn and watched her movies then I started watching films from Tony Curtis, Bette Davis, Jean Harlow, Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly, James Stewart. Plus the fact that classic cinema is a bit of niche now makes it more attractive to me. But, yeah, that's kinda how it happened. I'm not a big movie watcher though.
