But the fact of life is that no one is born equal and its impossible to do so.

I get what you're saying, that everyone SHOULD be on equal footing, but I think it was pipe dream that will never happen anywhere.

As far as school and health care, I know this is an anecdote, but I was born poor too. Health care has always been free for my family growing up, and I did not pay a single penny for my education because I came from that background. I even got extra cash and bought a motorcycle (yeah, I know, stupid).

I don't think this has to do with race/ethnicity at all. We should just help those that are in need regardless of color.
