I will never get over grown adults (I assume) not understanding that every major producer of media has a PR team. Stardock does. Activision does. Disney does. Oscar Meyer does. Your favorite Estonian indie developers do. Hiring a PR team is not a controversial act, let alone when a something that you're involved in is receiving media attention.

And the blog posts...that's where I find it hard to even take people's arguments seriously. Brad had Twitter/forum meltdowns every day for months until a judge told everyone involved to stop. Paul and Fred are not active on social media. They set up a Twitter account to update fans on the suit and redirect to a blog that they've updated something like ten times in the last year. But OOOH A BLOG! THAT'S A STEP TOO FAR!
