It's also why even near the end of a season most decks even at rank 15 will be the top aggro decks. Everyone, regardless of the time they have to play or of how much they actually "care", want nothing more than to climb up a meaningless Sisyphean rank system as efficiently as possible. It's silly.

I wish people could stop pretending their some soon-to-be-pro, and stop caring so much about reaching a high rank. Just play the game. It's Hearthstone. Not Magic the Gathering.

My favorite games are always the one in ten where my opponent is using something they didn't Google. Or at least changed it up a little if they did for Christs sake. I really wish more people did that. If only casual mode wasn't just full of people rushing to finish quests. Usually with the same meta decks.
