From what I understand the Vet Clinic moved in next door to his house. Unfortunately for the home owner zoning there is mixed use. The Vet clinic has some very bright flood lights they use to light up their property at night as it also serves as a 24 hour emergency clinic, and vet pharmacy.

I heard the guy next door offered to sell his house to the vet clinic early on but they did not foresee a problem and passed on buying him out... might be regretting it now.

He's gone to the city council several times to try to get their lights removed or dimmed with no success. So now he's gone all Killdozer with the signs to try to shame the Vet and the city into submission.

I also heard he has a lawsuit against the city and or the business but will be representing himself....

There seems to be fault here on all sides, the business, the city and the neighbor.
