Anything I Should Change?

Just a slight change that I would make: X570 board can be swapped to a B450 Board since PCIE 4.0 is not really something that's useful beyong very high speed SSD. Even the RTX 2080Ti wont saturate PCIE 3.0 X8 = PCIE 2.0 X18. So PCIE 3 X16 should suffice. Plus Ryzen 3000 has almost no manual overclocking headroom anyways, so just use PBO and off you go (maybe another 1-3% extra performance)

In fact for gaming, a 3600 might suffice, saving you $120 although given that the next PS5 and XBOX one X will use 8 zen cores, maybe a 3700X is better insurance.

a 970 evo while good in its day, is now just a tad overpriced. A comparable SSD is the ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro. Alternatively, if you dont do heavy sequential writes ( mostly for transferring large video files for video editing) the Intel 660P is even cheaper. And while it is QLC, its caching system is robust enough that performance for general client workloads are quite good.

Also, RTX 2070 Super is a few percentage slower than the RTX 2080 but like substantially cheaper. The difference can then be made up by overclocking.
