Hey everyone,
This is my first time posting on /r/hardwareswap. I wanted to offer reddit the opportunity to buy first. I bought this laptop last June as a gaming computer and desktop replacement. I am selling it now because I am transitioning to a desktop and a more portable laptop for grad school.
ASUS N550JK-DS71T specifications:
The laptop is in very good shape. Hardly any scuffs or scratches. As seen in the pictures, the laptop will come with the original packaging along with the charger and mini-subwoofer. I thoroughly enjoyed using this laptop for the past two semesters. It's marketed as an entertainment laptop but it can handle most games you throw at it. The laptop is solidly built from sturdy aluminum. The screen is amazing. The back lit keyboard is nice and spacious with a number pad. An SSD can also be easily installed by removing the CD drive. Battery life is not so good. I had to frequently lug my charger around, but that is to be expected.
This was bought in June for ~$1100. Right now you can find one on Amazon for about $950. I want to give a $200 discount, therefore my asking price is $750.
