lol no they don't. I've never seen ZenMarket ever comment on a sellers listing for all my pending purchases, the only reason I see where a comment was justified was if the item was marked as "reserved" which was never the case for any of my items.

The frustrating thing is that instead of giving a straight answer of "here are the cases where we buy automatically, where are the ones where we don't" you just give excuses, some which aren't even true.

If people understood the process they could at least make a decision before making the purchase, especially when ZenMarket has a system of credits where someone needs to deposit to your website first, if the item is cancelled it's money that's just stuck there (WITH A 3.5% FEE).
