Haha.. see the company mirrors his attitude.. sounds like someone needs a check.. its not postmates we have to go after its Bastians mentality.. we keep hearing "postmates this postmates that" but i dont hear talks about how with one snap of his fingers things would change. Its really about his values and how he treats people. Weather it be with correct compensation, communication, or not telling customers to fuck off. Hes terrible at business, he doesnt really value anyone elses time, and has shitty ethics. I think the more we put his name out there HE will do something but until than hes gonna keep taking our money for partying or whatever while we work and wait to be paid. He doesnt really care how we feel. He spends some money at a club or something and gets money back the next day or even the next hour from our work while we get $4.10 while they made $10. And while im completeing a delivery so are 3 other people. So hes cashing out and not giving one fuck as long as the money is rolling in and people are working. If you feed a cat food it will come back and if you dont feed it its gonna meow until its fed. Thats what he does. He treats you like shit unitl you work and feed him money.
