This is the biggest rant of childhood entitlement I have ever seen.
Let me break down, why you seem like a toddler not getting his way with every section of your post.
1st: You start by saying you have been a long time fan of blizzard "back in warcraft 1". No one cares how long you have been playing Blizzard games, that literally means nothing. Youre on a Heroes of the Storm sub-reddit, not a Blizzard subreddit. Just because you have been buying games from a certain company for a couple of decades, doesnt mean you are all the sudden a pro in the industry. No one cares about the man who ate at McDonalds for 20 years and is now complaining that the amount of salt on their fries is different.
2nd: You go on to complain about technical side of things. Blizzard doesnt have to tell us anything. You complain you "Didnt have enough time to prepare for the balance update" Play some damn regular games and get familiar. Wtf were you going to do study an excel spreadsheet for a week? And just because youre not hyped because your excitement meter, doesnt mean you blast the two question mark thing. In fact, myself finding it exciting means that there are (wait for it) DIFFERENT OPINIONS ON HOW TO ANNOUNCE SHIT. The world doesnt CATER TO YOU.
You also seem to try and rag on them about how much money they put into tournaments vs development. IS it weird if I told you different studios are in charge of different things. And to think that they could just put that money in one studio, IS NOT HOW BUSINESS WORKS?
Im going to tie in the 5 unbalanced heroes and the HOTSlog into one thing. You sound like /r/LeagueofLegends. "Rito Pls". First, You should never base solid information of HOTSlog, sure you can get a glimpse of whats going on, but in Ranked I have seen some shit outside the meta that proved HOTSlog wrong. And unbalanced Heroes Is NOT UNCOMMON in any moba. In fact League will spend patches fixing heroes throughout the season.
(I will say I agree the RAF was a total clusterfuck)
3rd: Blizzard has great business management. If they didn't they wouldnt have the company they had. Your "Get on schedule" comes off a teenager pissed because his parents made him go to the grocery store. They have NEVER mimic'd another games pace. In-fact a lot of games in multiple genres have started to mimic THEIR pace. If you are basing your logic on League, you have to understand that Riot ONLY makes League of Legends, Blizzard works on 5 different games that are completely different, and has different studios across the world.
Also it should be fairly obvious that since the player population for HotS is smallter than League/Dota, its safe to assume the PTR is even smaller, significantly. So complaining about the testing is kinda moot. Especially when newly released heroes even on League are a huge problem. Its almost impossible to test for everything, and they try and fixed when its released.
You made a lot of decent points, on things Blizzard can really do better on. But you seriously have some entitlement issues. You think that Blizzard owes you this perfect amazing game, because we live in a perfect amazing world. You are wrong, at the end of the day Blizzard owes you nothing. If Blizzard closed the game servers, that would just be that.
You can claim your "passionate" or "really unhappy" but in the end its just straight up entitlement that isnt deserved.
Be more constructive, and help, dont be the guy in the crowd pointing fingers yelling shit. Look at the size of the HotS team vs their other games. They dont owe us shit.
