No i know what you mean, many people in this tread think like that. And i'm telling you now, the only thing a border wall will bring is more fatalities worse relations with Mexico, and a whole lot of hatred and fear in both directions. The actual criminals that have a business trading illegal goods across the border will not be that much less active with a border wall. They will have the resources of finding other ways.

And essentially the border wall between east and weest Germany was bad precisely because it was a wall. Between two countries. For exactly that reason. I mean i know what you're getting at. But i don't think any better of a wall just because it's not trough the middle of a once united country.
