Chocolate Vanilla stout

What is your target OG? Based on my calculations this is like a 7-9% beer, I guess making it an Imperial Stout? Also when I put this into a recipe calculator I get an SRM of 65, which makes me think something is off.

I personally think you should simplify the grain bill, you have 8 different grains which is a bit much.

I don't think the quantity of specialty grains is an issuu, more that you're just trying to do to much. What is 3% flaked oats really bringing to the table? Same with the Caramel Rye.

The chocolate malt may be a bit on the high side. Fawcett describes their Chocolate Malt as "Strong coffee flavor, darker brown colour," with no mentions of roast. DRC is debittered, and you're using a very small amount of Roasted Barley. I'd be worried that this is going to taste like an Imperial Brown.

Also I know that you probably don't want any hop character at all, but I think a 30 minute addition of something traditional to stouts (Willamette, Fuggles, EKG, etc.) is worth it.
