Idk but Monika is a member of the Debate club. She said in a story that she started to hate all the politics and start something what she enjoys. That means there will always exist Literature club, or there is a chance that she won't do it and just leave the Debate club. But when I really think deeply about it Sayori will always have Depression because she is with MC childhood friend and then when school comes MC will start leaving her anyways, maybe MC won't but I guess he will start leaving her. And Yuri she will be alone because of her shy personality, idk what her but I think she will be fine, if she won't meet MC she won't start cutting I guess. Natsuki will be abused by her cruel Father so I think she will have some difficulties in her life.
