The Console Wars ever since the Nintendo Switch was released

I bought the Switch day 1 to play Botw even though I had a Wii U (I wanted the better hardware to play it on and let my sister play Botw on the Wii U). I'd say your point about Botw being a Wii U game is weak because most people bought and played it for the Switch, not the Wii U. I also bought it keeping in mind that Nintendo puts out a lot of good games. Your opinion aside, I found both Super Mario Odyssey and Smash Bros Ultimate to be the best entries in their respective series. I also thought that, while it has its problems, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity was absolutely a great game start to finish and the better of the two HW games. Other than that, I did pick up a good amount of 3rd parties on the system as well and have enjoyed some of them thoroughly. One being Dragon Quest XI S because of the 10 hour demo that was available on the Switch. And there are more games on the Switch that I've had my eye on, but just don't have the time to play all of.

I've gotten plenty out of my Switch and likely will get plenty more. I could nitpick and hyperfocus on the negative or just stay away from the less than stellar titles and focus on the ones I personally enjoy or am interested in.

Both of our personal tastes aside, nobody can really gatekeep on what does and doesn't constitute as an objectively good or bad game because we're all speaking from your subjective human perspective.

The lack of love and genuine care is very noticeable compared to previous titles, and it legitimately makes me depressed about the future of Nintendo.

It depends on the title, but we can agree on this being true for at least some titles. If you think Sakurai working on Smash Bros Ultimate while on an IV bag, for example, constitutes as a "lack of love and genuine care" then I don't know what else to say to you.
