Coperni Spring 2023 liquid fabric dress [799x1200]

I think the point I was trying to make wasn’t to shame naturally thin frames more so when there’s exclusively one body type and no other representation among different body types it creates this unattainable ideal image of what women should strive to be and it breeds things like eating disorders in those who are not naturally built like this I can understand that people sometimes naturally thin but traditionally in the realm of fashion and modeling that thinness has been taken to the extreme and while I acknowledge that there were probably hardships associated with growing up thinner I do think societal beauty norms disproportionately favor thinner frames and those who are bigger are more apt to face scrutiny, harassment, bullying etc because of their body shape, not to mention the racism associated with fat phobia.
