I'm aware that my comment here will be unpopular but if I could just speak to you directly I might be able to help you understand. You mentioned that you just don't get it.

So, from my perspective, there's nothing inherently racist about what Trump said. The 4 democratic congresswoman in question of which Omar is one were elected primarily because of their race. It's not a coincidence that the 4 congress women that were sponsored by the Justice Democrats are not white. The reason why that is is because no matter what happens, they can always fall back on the race card. No matter what, every criticism of them can always be turned into a so-called racist attack so they never have to actually explain anything. If they were white, they wouldn't be able to do that. So, in my opinion singling them out because of their race and pushing them forward into politics was itself a racial move. Was it racist? No, but it is not a coincidence that none of those women are white.

They are trying to change the fundamental fabric of the United States. Rashida Tlaib as openly refer to Palestinians as her people, rather than people from the United States as her people. Omar has gone to Great Lengths to castigate Israel, even going so far has to call them evil and clearly imply that United States politics is run by Jewish money. Again, if these women were white those comments would not stand. They would likely be impeached. But because they are not white, they get a free pass and they can always play the race card against people that oppose them. The change that they are ostensibly trying to make is fundamentally opposed to what, in my opinion would be called America. Omar is from Somalia and I really can't think of someone more ungrateful than her when it comes to her status here in America. She came as a refugee and now decries the country that took her in and has allowed her to become so successful. A success that would simply not be possible in Somalia, and where she would likely either be killed or without her life in a refugee camp or some sort of servitude.

I think, like a lot of people who claim that they hate America, they have no intention of leaving. Like antifa or like Rich celebrities who complained about Trump when he was elected, they like to complain more so than actually offer falsifiable views. They know that their facts are false and their opinions are not backed up by anything real so again like I said, they fall back on the race card every single time.
