One of the things that turns people off from DIY HRT is the belief that it's complex, which it isn't really.
There are things you can do a deep dive into, but if you just need to get on HRT and not think about it, you can take a really simple cookie cutter regimen like this:
For transfems: 2mg oral estradiol and 50mg spironolactone, both 2x a day
For transmascs: 50mg testosterone cypionate/enthanate, injected subcutaneously once a week.
Those are very safe medications, and conservative but effective dosages. They will facilitate an effective transition for 99% of people. Bonus: transfems don't have to inject anything. It's not the best you could get with a ton of personalized tweaking, and it doesn't include progesterone or the /tttt/ drug of the week, but it's perfectly fine.
