I would have classified myself as a loyal user a year ago. I was a top 1% account, defending them even as their mistakes started pulling up, let the shady stuff slide as growing pains, and kept holding on to the idea that eventually they'd reward collectors outside of the top 0.1%.

Then they made even easy challenges hard to complete without buying into inflated prices, still haven't made legendary moments an achievable get for the average collector, completely rugged their collector scoring system and have barely shown value-add on the new one, and it feels as though my last 20 discord notifications from them are delays, cancelations, and other error corrections.

Now I just laugh and am slowly shedding my excess moments. The core product is so damn good that it's a shame the team behind it just can't get it together for longer than a week at a time.
