Could the Nazis have won the second world war if Hitler provided German soldiers invading Russia with winter clothing?

Not to mention, the Germans had the most advanced submarines in the world. After the fall of Germany, a Nazi U-boat of the newest, previously unseen generation was found, off the coast of China/Japan. On board were Nazis, with random Nuclear Material.

The boat was fitted with anti-sonar technology(It was the first stealth Submarine in existence). After WW2, a lot was done by BOTH the Soviets, and Americans to claim Nazi Technology as their own. Also, it is likely that Germany would have had a nuclear bomb before the USA, if they weren't losing the war(and thus, losing material, scientists, and centrifuges to bombs).

Germany had Stealth Submarines. V2 rockets that were capable of leaving the earths atmosphere(first manmade object to leave earth was the Nazi V2 Rocket). And they were ahead in nuclear technology right until the end of the war. People criticize Hitler's strategy. If he got the bomb first, he would have taken Europe, and Moscow, I believe. The Nazis also had Subs off the Atlantic Coast of America, and had taken High altitude photos of New York, for scouting for potential nuclear strike.

TL&DR: If Japan/Nazis were able to hold out a little longer, they had a greater technological future.
