Dji has the worst support ever

Wow I'm sorry to hear that. I've had the same issues and whenever ive dealt with them it's been absolutely terrible and useless customer service. One time I called and changed the shipping address WEEKS before they shipped my refurb or repaired drone back and I called back 3 more times to confirm it and they kept saying that yep they see that info on file and everything was going good. And then they ended up shipping it to the completely wrong address. That's only a small part of my terrible interactions with them that didn't get me my drone back for well over two months. It is absolutely a joke and it's sad because they create really well designed products that function very well for the most part and if they had good customer service it could do nothing but help them.
