Doing my first custom case, wanted to bounce some ideas off the community.

/r/SFF looks like a private sub, what is it?

Regarding the pelican case part, I'd like to clarify a little. The "case" is going to be extruded aluminum in a rectangle shape (similar to the body of this little robot).

The pelican case portion is purely to protect it during my trips through the airport. That's why I was talking about bubble shocks (will also be including rubber I think).

The acrylic lid portion I mention further down is essentially just a dust shield for fans and is entirely optional. The whole goal is to have a case that can withstand being brought through an airport twice a week.

The tough part is that my motherboard (Asus Prime Pro 470) is a full ATX and I cant find a full size ATX case that fits the 19.75 x 11 x 7 ID of the case, so I'll be mounting an acrylic test board to the aluminum frame.
