Drug use?

I give this advice to anyone...

I would research into what age the brain fully matures (last time I looked, it was around 25). I wouldn't do any recreational drugs, that can potentially intefere significantly with your brain development.

MDMA can potentially damage your serotonin receptors.

The most I have done is weed (I don't anymore), I wish we had legal weed where I lived so I could know what I am getting in regards to CBD and THC ration. CBD is a natural anti-psychotic, which (in the UK where live) is intentionally breeded out of the weed entering our island, so that people can have a more intense high. A side effect being, weed related mental illness is increasing.

Here is the difference between CBD and THC, vs THC only weed...

So if you live in a country that does make weed legal, I would research into the CBD and THC balance in the weed.

I can tell you from experience, as a HSP, strong THC weed highs can introduce to a living hell that lasts for hours. Just like the woman in the video talks about.
