ECHR begins weighing claim against Ukraine over MH17 crash in Donbas – media

I kind of hope this ECHR case will be accepted as it will narrow down Russia's capability to spread misinformation and deny involvement. However, I have my doubts about the usefulness as long as Russia refuses to cooperate with regards to MH17. This is probably why the case will not be accepted by the ECHR:

  • Ukraine did release a NOTAM (Notices to Airmen) for July 2014 for 26,000 to 32,000 feet for the area related to MH17 in Eastern Ukraine (Source from Dutch government). Flight MH17 was flying above it.
  • Russia did not officially announce the movement of Buks to pro-Russian rebels in Eastern Ukraine. Although there are multiple (1) sources (2) that show the movement of Buks from Russia (Kursk) to Ukraine (Donetsk). Ukraine can not be held responsible until the inclusion of misconduct of Russian "vacationers". In this case the 53rd Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade from Kursk and the Luhansk rebel leader Igor "Strelkov" Girkin.

Also I find it quite hypocritical of Russian propaganda media and their sidekick /u/Ted8367 for their continuous slanted argumentation solely blaming Ukraine while completely denying any responsibility with regards to Russia. It's like arguing with a 10 year old kid.
