From the small glimpse of the heart monitor at 19:21, it doesn't look like he had one. Though I would have suspected he did if we only saw the activity in the red circle all throughout the strips: https://i.imgur.com/2q6AgW3.png (Though, I am more accustomed to the conventional method of looking at an electrocardiogram, not through a heart monitor, so I may be off).

Having said that, the only way to know for sure if there was a heart attack is to do blood-work and see if certain enzymes that are specific to the heart muscle have leaked in to the blood stream or not, but I doubt they have the means to do that.

The first thing Todd mentioned was that he was having palpitations, which is when you feel your own heart beat (imagine those super tense and nervous moments), as he gradually went short of breath over the talkie. Based on that, it may have just been an arrhythmia (wacky heart rhythm) induced from too much energy drinks, worsened by exertion and dehydration. Without the heart beating in a steady rhythm at a normal rate, not enough blood reaches the brain, which likely caused him to pass out.
