Expect to see a shift off AMZN review platform

Seller here. What you reviews have provided are the 'social proof', and that proof was a valuable part of the Consideration element that is further along in the conversion funnel. Your reviews have been programmatically injected (by Amazon) into the right place at the right time in the purchasing decision.

The problem with YouTube videos are that marketplaces (such as Amazon) probably aren't going to link those into their systems the same way that today's reviews are. And for various reasons, sellers are reluctant or prohibited from directly linking to those videos themselves in the product description.

There is still a value for YouTube videos and product reviews there, but it is going to be at the beginning of the funnel, with exposure and discovery. That said, if you can demonstrate value in pulling people into the conversion funnel and reducing the need for other forms of social proof, it could be quite valuable. But there seems to be a lack of an automated method to engage these services at any real volume.
