Mate! I don’t know where to start with that rebuttal. But hey why not I’m bored. I am a pilot and have, on many occasions, seen cheeky engineers come up and say crap like that. Then getting an awkward laugh to get them out of the cockpit sooner, which does not make it pass as a joke. 75 is really a horrible thing to add a racist element too. It’s ‘75 taken alive’. I could say 75 chris wants to fly or 75 your moms in the sky. But no, people are adding a name that most bigots associate with that horrible event that happened over two decades ago. I have flown with many great pilots harboring that name. Would you think they would laugh at that? So yeh, saying a joke like that, really the only thing that really comes out of that is the knowledge of whoever said it is a child like bigot and shouldn’t ever be in a multi crew environment, managing aircraft and carrying passengers. The insensitivity of not really knowing what the person thinks sitting next to you will alienate them and shits all over the CRM principles. Apologies to anyone had to read my rant but again I was bored. Just stick to 77 going to heaven, 76 in a fix and 75 taken alive. Maaan that really surprised me to hear that new rendition.
