The FCC’s vote was predictably frustrating, but we’re not done fighting for net neutrality.

Been doing this and setting up a fileshare for friends and family for when it does drop. All these fucking retards below you are saying you make no sense but i completely hear and understand exactly what you are saying.

Clearly they are blind or hopeful which is ignorant to say the least.

Thanks for the wikipedia idea and what not since i skipped that end. Also copy down the direct IPs of sites to use on VPN's as well. I got a couple running just in case one gets knicked or fails and i dont use the ISPs modem, or router.

This calm down and think ahead is retarded at best. If you want peace, plan for war.

So what if nothing happens? then you reformat the HDDs and be done with it.

What if everything restricts down to the minimum and it passes the court and you get stuck with mexicos prices?

Then you have what you want and a plan to avoid it instead of sitting in the dark or paying 300 a month for fucking netflix.

This is why we have this problem in the first place. People being air headed and optimistic instead of looking right at the problem and seeing it for what it is.

Corruption and Greed. You cant hope your way away from that... Clearly. Look at us.

But i digress. 8TB Externals and ive got nearly everything i want/need for a long while, not to mention my 6TB internal filled with all my streaming stuff, online business stuff, etc. (thanks /r/datahoarder for the sales!)

Id rather be prepared, and thanks for posting. Would be sweet if it gets overturned, but im a pessimistic realist. I fucking doubt it.

You rock.
