I can’t comment much on recreational way of doing it, but if you’re interested in doing it in a spiritual and shamanic way for healing, self growth, here’s my way: 1. A place where you feel spiritually and physically safe is must. Can be your own home. Always works for me because I know my place well, there is nothing that’s unknown to me so it mitigates possibilities of difficult journeys. Select a day when you will be alone at home and you won’t have parents / others to disturb you. 2. Clean the room thoroughly where you will be spending most of your time tripping. You can use camphor/ natural oils in an atomizer to cleanse your room. 3. Set a small altar using feathers of birds, power objects. For example, I follow Buddha’s path, so I have a small figurine of Buddha and a book of his teachings in my altar along with some plants, feathers and stones. These objects guard you spiritually. 4. Set your intentions. For example your intention can be ‘growing spiritually’ or ‘healing’ yourself. 5. Meditate everyday at least for 10 minutes for a week leading up to the day when you take it. 6. Arrange some speakers and download beforehand shamanic music (I can recommend you some great music that goes really well with acid) 7. Thank the universe and the acid that you’re about to take and embark on the journey into the infinite unknown. While on acod You can dance around the altar, meditate, try connecting with plants/ trees/ animals.
