Nothing that wouldn’t take decades of specialised study and practice. Some things are best left not done. You’re probably best off seeking emotional and spiritual help in coping with what happened.

Permanently trapping a spirit inside an object is already a whole different sort of thing, certainly requiring a few years of training, probably a pre-existing group-empowered ritual, and is often very ethically questionable.

Going beyond that is so difficult, so few achieve it, it is best to focus on other things in life. Your time is better spent elsewhere.
