Friendly Fire is coming to an end.

Yeah, if I have bad news to share with a client I always felt it should come from that person and not someone tangentially involved. Robs is cool, but yeah.

This is just really unfortunate and can only hope it wasn’t done as a kneejerk reaction, and I know people say it wasn’t MaxFun’s decision but I think this sets a definite precedent that either everyone sings out of the same hymnal or you’re gone.

I always thought of Max Fun as a community that would confront things head on, and would be open to forgiving and growing because that is how we get better as a society. I’ve always been open to giving hosts the benefit of the doubt when they admit to their past faults.

If another show inevitably gets caught in a Twitter whirlwind, I hope cooler heads prevail. I don’t want to lower my membership but that’s about the only way my voice can be heard without being a troll.
