Yes, it is. I tried skipping 8x Gate of EXP 8 with following characters: Overlord Asagi, Heroine Asagi, Game Developer Asagi, Ayame, Attired Rozalin + Support Overlord Asagi. The screen with 'skipping please wait a moment apppears and immediately a 'failed to connect' message. I switched phone and did it again and the skipping worked, but I realized the wrong party was selected on my other phone. The skipping Gate of EXP 8 8 times went through with Seraphina, Bunny Seraphina, Ayame, Dart Artina, Barbara + Support Overlord Asagi. Afterwards I tried Gate of EXP 7 3 times with the initial party and again 'failed to connect' message. For testing I switched out Game Developer Asagi with Seraphine and Gate of EXP 7 3 times went through. Either Game Developer Asagi is broken or the having 4 times Asagi (incl. Supporter) breaks the game.
